This is a technique that helps to focus on a given work/task and fights procrastination. Eat the frog means how you can fight procrastination. There are many times when work assign to me and distractions surround me I don’t know where my 2,3 hours gone.

Every person in this world is provided with the same amount of time whether he is successful or super successful he only a day of 1440 minutes it’s on us how we use our time.
If we lost money we can earn it again, if we lost the house we can build it again but if we lost time we can never reverse it again.
Procrastination is the thing that leads to nothing. As a result, we feel negative about ourselves and to avoid that negativity we indulge ourselves in such activities that give instant gratification to feel okay but this attitude is unhealthy.

Fight procrastination

0. I try to apply this technique to my daily routine work to complete the project on time.
0. I set the timer to 25 minutes and start the online course when the timer beep I took a short break of 2–3 minutes and then I start again until both online courses are done.
0. Then I started writing a blog on the medium and again set the alarm of 25 minutes and repeat the process
0. In the end I got a bit tired but it’s good if the work needs to do in the end I took a long break and this all worth it.
