Talking Flight
I started my journey with Amal on 5th December 2020, I never imagined that this fellowship will be soo interesting and it will be learning full experience. Once I decided to leave amal but Mam Arfa motivates me to continue this fellowship. So I keep moving with it.
In the last session, generally, we discussed what we have learned from amal fellowship program. Everyone shared their experience with Amal Academy.
We also did an activity of solving riddles. This activity was so interesting and helped to recall several lessons like lead without authority, conflict management, teamwork, and patience.
We all wrote appreciation notes for our amal fellows, it was also very motivating, and thinking about the fellows how they act with each other during the fellowship. We all get to know our positive sides. This was my favorite activity. 😍
Finally, the journey ends with keeping tears in the eyes. I feel more confident than before. I am ready to face challenges with more learnings, experience, and skills that will come in the future.
